‘Neverland: The Peter Pan Drone Light Show’ to Bring a Magical Sky Spectacle to Derby This September

In partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, a spectacular new drone light show will transform the Derby skyline into a journey inspired by the world of Neverland.



Neverland: The Peter Pan Drone Light Show is coming to The Central Co-op County Ground on Saturday 12th September 2026. Presented by Immersive Drone Light Shows, this enchanting outdoor event invites families, friends and dreamers of all ages to step into a world of magic, adventure and imagination.


As night falls, hundreds of synchronised drones will illuminate the sky above Derby, forming dynamic scenes inspired by the classic tale. From moments of flight and adventure to dramatic storytelling sequences, the show blends cutting-edge technology with emotional storytelling to create a fully immersive experience.



The production is created in partnership with - Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity), which has a long-standing connection to the legacy of J.M. Barrie. £1 + VAT from every ticket sold will be donated to GOSH Charity (registered Charity No: 1160024), honouring J.M Barrie’s legacy and helping to give seriously ill children treated at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) the best chance, and best childhood possible.



Before the main show, visitors can enjoy a full evening programme, including live entertainment, fairground rides, face painting and a variety of street food vendors. Guests are encouraged to bring their own seating, allowing for a relaxed and family-friendly outdoor experience.
